Yeah...I don’t want to deal with reintegration anymore for reasons I cannot state here. It would be nice to have some time as third and then be let loose. However, my previous experience it has been all or nothing despite a gradual being worked out last time in the end. Problem was I was tired if and stressed more being switched around between modified and on. I said it would be easier just to do the one by just getting the time allowed as third finished. Wcb took that as me being non compliant so it was full duties. Any movement or news for you regarding GWL and WCB?

no movement on my case, and I'm running out of time in my rehab program. As far as I know, I'm back on car next Friday.

Sorry, I was typing too quick. Well, the RTW’s I have done in the past they always through us back into full duties post injuries etc. It has only been the last bit from what I understand of them doing graduals or trying to follow them. So I still assume it is all or nothing in my division because they never have follow the graduals plans with that loophole of “as per operational means.”
Also, I was not a fan of how the gradual was set up of being between third on car and then Vsa/Vesst the next day by WCB. (Reintegration will not do partial days in car for yields.) So I wanted to be just third instead of switching around, but wcb took that as me saying I did not agree with the gradual and thus non compliant. So I lost that plan and was to be 100%...but it did not fly long story short via reintegration even thought I had my doctor agree. From gwl, they say a gradual may still be possible for me and they want to try one Nov if I am finally sleeping versus the 2-3hrs I am averaging. The modified partial shifts being around management and the Vesst department making snide remarks I cannot do.

The waiting game stinks! It should be cut and dry....

I went looking through forums for some advice on this prior. But most was of knowing they are not ready....

Also, I had sort of understood it a gradual return to work depends what is available for modified duties and your restrictions whether the employer can accommodate a plan if not wcb. I have seen some be sent home from modified (counting even those who are pregnant) when not supported by wcb.
