Sufferer Dispatcher dating combat vet, learning about ptsd

Hello,
I am loving this forum and so glad I found it! I was just dating a combat vet with ptsd and was researching everything I could to better understand him and his ptsd.
I have been in law enforcement my whole career as a dispatcher before coming a police officer.I have my own struggles I deal with personally and don't talk to anyone about. So finding this forum has been a blessing!!

Thank You! Through counseling during my divorce this year I was told I do have PTSD. Looking forward to learning as much as I can about it.
