Sufferer Hurricane irma - st maarten

Hello I am so happy to find this site. I was on st maarten when hurricane Irma hit the island. It was horrifying but I survived thank goodness. But now I am suffering PTSD, and the anxiety is awful. Doctor has started me on some new meds.

Harvey did a number on me this year. I already had ptsd at the time, but being trapped for a week was very distressing. I still have trouble with the sound of rain. My anxiety has been very high for the past few months as well. Good luck to you!
