I hate the 4th and so do my animals. I wish people would be more respectful. It's almost 11 and it sounds like a war zone...

For Canada day we had fireworks going on in our neighbourhood the day before, day of, AND day after. Ugh. I'm actually surprised none are going off tonight!

Thank god it stormed here. But, we have the 4th of July weekend part deux to get through. Sigh.

I've never been so triggered as I was this year. Oddly, my cats actually went to the patio door to see what all the ruckus was about.
