Was just browsing PNAS for articles to use as a formatting guide for my manuscript and came across this article which took my interest:

I knew vaginal vs c-section births have implications for the baby's microbiome, but apparently it could affect the brain as well!

Whoa!!! Very interesting!

I'm a c-section (had to be -- I was breech and I was also stealing food from my twin brother) and I knew it could have affected my digestive health at the very least (luckily I was breast fed and that seems to be great in research) but now I'm interested in the brain part of this too! We should look at humans! Very cool, thanks for sharing :D

I don't know if this qualifies as being scientifically nerdy, but I am interested in Quantum Mechanics and the Uncertainty Principle. It is all a bit over my head, but I like to try to wrap my mind around it anyhow. Especially interesting to me is the theory of Parallel Universes.
