Quite cool overnight brr.. I HAD to find my fluro orange with little green frogs flannelette pj's - such a sophisticated look :p

But warming up to mid 30 C today with no breeze. Blue skies & no clouds in the sky at all. :)

:hilarious: I asked the weather gods for snow... (or raining frogs, cyclones, etc.)... so the city would shut down and I’d have an excuse to cancel and stay home in bed. I’d probably have cancelled anyway, but this way I wouldn’t look like a weirdo ;) Didn’t quite work, but the traffic and crowds were nil as people avoided what looked like more snow coming, so I managed at least a piece of my day before waving the white flag and faceplanting in Casa Avoidance in the Kingdom of Goaway.

Hot day, 35 C. No wind, Bright white scorching sun. Bleached blue sky. No possibility of rain. :(

Well.. sorry there Scout, Summer ends (officially) for me in four days. But, we are expecting a heatwave later this coming week. I suppose someone forgot to tell the weather gods. :hilarious: :cry:

The good news? The sun is out! The not so good news? We also are under a blizzard warning. Lucky for me, the way the wind is coming, I've got a hill and some woods shielding the house. There's only a little snow blowing in under the back door. I had to run to the store for cat food earlier and found that, because the snow is piled so high west of my driveway, and the wind is blowing so hard, the snow is being sent high enough in the air that most of it is blowing OVER the driveway. (I'm for sure ready for it to be spring.)

Went from cold and (more f'n) rain to an almost 70 degree partly sunny day with 50-60 mph wind gusts.
