Pink Rox, I am so sorry you have been so offended, especially when you are reaching out. You have an incredible amount to process. On the home page is an article about "Emptying The Cup", when you are up to; I highly recommend reading. Breaking things down to manageble situations can really help. Allow yourself patience.

Please know that the world has bad people. The forum does an excellent job of keeping them out. You are not alone here. No one here is judgemental! Hugs if you accept them, Whitney

Thank you Whitney, your advice is great and is locked in, I will check out the article, I appreciate you'r response, thank you very much. :)

Hello Pink Box. Thank you for sharing your story. I agree with the therapist, your triggers are so strong now that they are not managed by cognitive therapy so medication is probably the answer but definately talk to you psychiatrist first.

My Psychiatrist is my ROCK, if you find a good one and have health coverage request a meeting every week or two. Stay strong. PTSD cannot be cured but it can be treated and sometimes the treatment is all you need to get you through the rough patches.

Pink Rox,

You might want to look into starting a trauma diary. You can talk about everything there and get feedback from other members. It's very helpful to me. I write about everything, my day, my fears, my trauma's.

Look into it and take care.

Welcome Pink Rox!

You have come to a place where you will be accepted just as you are, and you will find many people who have felt and thought in some of the same ways that you have. Our stories are different, but we know the feeling of 'wanting out' of this life. Idiots like you neighbour/friend do not deserve to be in your life.

It sounds like you have been to hell and back. Medications can help tremendously, but that is only a part of healing. Meds can calm the ups and downs enough that you can talk or write about your feelings. It's hard to get better when tears are always just a breath away.

Please don't give up! I've been in the Psyche ward 3 times, and each time it helped me. Just having people there to listen, and give you some order in the chaos, with regular meals, and group sessions where you discover you are not alone are worth it! Because you are NOT alone!

It may take a lifetime to overcome your agony, but it is worth the work!

Take good care of you!

AKJ
