We are so excited to announce the members of the second 21 Day Challenge want to keep going!
And we want to encourage and invite New participants!
All are welcome to join in! We will be using both a private conversation and this open thread.
For those interested in joining the Private Conversation please let me know as soon as possible. Our start date will be June 1. Invitations will be sent via Personal Conversation or Inbox!
If you don't think you can do this - it is still a good idea to sign up and try. Partial success is still success, and no one walks before they crawl a bit! The prior two challenges have been very positive experiences for all, however much or little success they had, and most had significant success. This really does make a difference, and working with the group makes it SO much easier to do.
The specific things we commit to doing are:
1. Write down three new things you are grateful for each day.
2. Journal about a positive experience experience in the last 24 hours.
3. Exercise
4. Meditation
5. A random act of kindness.
The above are the basics. You can add on if you are ongoing or feel that something else would be particularly beneficial to get support and accountability around.
At the end of this round on the private conversation we've had some discussion of the problem of "order" in our homes. Perhaps we could add something around that this round?
