what actually is the 404 error page about? I never get it :(

Its a page that shows a general error message when you enter a broken URL of the site, i.e. a member who has deleted their account would show a broken URL for their member profile page linked from any quotes, as an example.

Maybe "Uh oh..." or "Doh! ..." and then tweak the reasons for the error to be a little more accurate? Frankly I don't know the reasons for the 404 so I'm at a loss there, but when I get one I stare at it I'm sitting there wondering what the hell happened and would like to know.

Yup @FridayJones, that was the intention. A little humour with the error page. Got anything good that could be changed on it??? Come on... I've been reading your stuff, and you got it first time. I know you got some sick, sarcastic, funny shit you're holding back.

I want to perfect that puppy so people just look at it either stunned, or near wet themselves laughing. Either result is good. :D

I can't get 2 neurons to rub together and get a spark, at the moment. But after I pretend to sleep for a few hours, that usually helps. Or not. But then I can't use it as an excuse anymore. There's a joke about developers and duct tape, being held hostage, send money :sneaky:... in there somewhere. But I think it's pretty damn brilliant as is!
