I think teeth falling out is actually one of those bizarrely common dream themes a lot of people have. Have you googled it? I'm guessing you've started a thread on it because you're looking for some meaning in it?

If you are looking for meaning, I'd suggest looking at the feelings brought up by the event within the dream, rather than looking at the actual event, and see if that fits with feelings you have about an area in 'real' life. So rather than getting hung up on why it's teeth falling out, look at how the teeth falling out made you feel within the dream. Was there something going on in your life at the time that led to similar feelings...

no i dont have them anymore now that i've left but i still have violent dreams that pop up every now and then. they really disturb me

I used to have that one. It means you had something inside of you that you needed to speak out about. As soon as I disclosed my trauma, I stopped having that dream.

Yes Melody, I have seen such dreams before. As I interpreted its meaning and understood dreams were gone. Yes, such dreams can be very scary.

Though sometimes they do come. Depends on your situation. Look for its meaning on google, look at all possible meanings first and then decide which makes most sense to you.

Ime that's fairly common?
Can't really tell you about 'meaning'. There may not be any. I guess I'd just try to work out the feelings it brings. Eventually if you have fears of body damage and things like that it may be reflection on.

But as I said. It's definitely personally meaningful, but most likely not something people as laymen see as dream interpretation. I'm doubtful internet forum can give you that.

My shrink told me that is a dream people have when they are under unbearable stress, I had them when I was taking care of my mother when she was dying of cancer. They are awful.

I also personally think it is about feelings of immense powerlessness and loss of strength.

I used to have the dreams all the time that my teeth would be falling out. And I don't have them any more. Your explanation here could be the reason why. It was like a giant "ah-ha" moment. I've wondered from time to time why I don't have them any more after years of being plagued by them.
