What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Physically exhausted from having to cover for someone. Emotionally exhausted from the drama and the roller coaster that has been this week. Mentally exhausted from battling with an internet provider (21 people and 8 hours later :mad:). Disappointed in myself as I use to handle things with a whole lot more ease and not finding myself wiped out on each level. Proud of myself for not melting down or becoming reactive in the face of everything.
 
Feeling completely fed up with being blamed for other peoples problems when they refuse to take responsibility for their own issues.

Feeling stronger in setting and enforcing my boundaries thanks to the work being done in therapy.

Feeling progress in knowing what is and is not my burden, issues, and responsibility to carry, again, thanks to therapy.
 
Feeling miffed at my limitations, instead of nurturing acceptance.

Feel like wearing a badger hat ...
