I Got Two Job Offers Today!

I am typing this on my family's Playstation controller so it will be short. I got 2 job offers today within minutes of each other! It's a paycut from my last job, but the work is much better. One of them is environmental engineering, cleaning up all the mess in this country! Small companies too, less political crap to deal with.

I got another offer this morning, it's a better job and they want to pay me more!

And I have a keyboard again, so I can type normally.

I vote for the smaller company. They tend to care more about job satisfaction and care for their employees more. You're not 1 in 20 in the department on a project.

Being a small company though look for stability of the company economically.

Is this a major shift of the type of engineering for you?
