Run things through your brain, make a list of how to handle them, put them in order, write them down, make a list, as that can help, as after you have got them written down, you have a record of them that you can go back to at any time.
Once they are all down on paper, your brain won't have to keep track of them all, and that gives you the chance to move on, and think about other things, good luck.
