Sounds like you had a helicopter parent ,similar to me .

Yep. Was anyone here homeschooled too?

SOrry I missed this before. I was to an extent. I went to a very small private school through our church in elementay school. In the first grade I became very ill and so I was homeschooled for a year or so. Then again when I was a little bit older.
