I've had to learn to be extra careful and gentle, so I don't cause friction burns on my partners and myself, and to avoid the far more frequent doses of cystitis that my partners got with me compared to previous intact partners.
I find it hugely difficult not to hate my mother for her role in my PTSD, in denying me so much of what should have been the most affirming parts of life relationships and my body.
I've been in constant pain the past few days, it looks like the irritation of the unprotected and damaged opening of my urethra that I've had on and off for the past 4 months has returned, more visits to the profession that caused the problem, more exposing myself to them, more risk of being hurt again by careless handling of an injury that was a direct result of being mutilated.
Again ffs, if the bastards had sucked it, they would have been guilty of a criminal offence.
Mutilate it, set me on the road to PTSD, blight my relationships, give my lovers cystitis, f*ck my relationship with my mother half a century later, and supposedly they were saving me.
