So baby food, then work from there. And Alba gives good advice about hydrating and moving away from the synthetic food as you're able.
Not sure why you say its not advise and yes alba gave good advise about hydration and then jumped directly to assuming i have an eating disorder (which i dont), im too complicated and exhausting, post about one issue at a time, and go hug my dog like eating isnt an important thing. Anyway, moving on, i can ignore too, for a while.
Some of what you said is above my head when it comes to nurtion, i agree boost has sugar and stuff but was my attempt to get some nutrients in me and i dont drink one every day, just the days that i have forgotten to eat or too nausious to, and i always try to take the nausia feeling away w/ the anti nausia med i was given when i was dealing w/ gall stones cause i was throwing up everything i ate, and try to eat before i drink it.
You had mentioned my gall bladder (it was taken out about 2 yrs ago and eventually i started to eat normally, this just started some months ago).
I do know opioids make you dehydrated and it pulls your blood pressure down too and my pain pump is being increased and my oral/patch medications lowered (leveling the pump off slowly) but w/o it i cant walk so i dont have a choice w/ that.
I dont think i quite understood all of what you're saying but the things that will seem to be the best ideas are an alarm to remind myself, get some baby food and maybe some of those foods that Firday and some other posters said.
I dont like apples except one kind (fugi apples, the small light red colored ones) so maybe get some of those. I'll have to keep this all my my bedroom cuz my dad will eat all the apples and will not get why im eating baby food again.
And try to drink more water. Not sure how much more i can drink, i already drink about 4 to 5 bottles of water a day on my days off (its all i drink at home) and maybe 2 to 3 on work days. 7 seems like a lot but can try.
Most days though i can down bottle after bottle & im still dehydrated (and i take the same amt of meds every day). That for some reason tends to follow my sleep (waking up from nightmares about 5 times a night); on the days that i didnt get much sleep, just seems im more dehydrated. Not sure if its related, just seems that way.
Thanks for your reply, though you seem way smarter on nutrion than me. Im not too worried about the surgar intake, my dad's diabetic and b/c i have PCOS im insulin resistant so my blood sugar should be on the high side of normal (130 to 140) and its been low. Some times its ok (110 ish) but then it will dip to 80 or even 50. I know thats from not eating as that happened before i got my gall bladder removed so i also carry sugar pills.
