2. @Junebug: Self-Pressure is like my second name, grew up with it and it's hard to let go...:cry:
3. Me not being productice is me not being worthy.
4. I know point 3 is $hit but it's burned in my mind.
5. @Junebug: Don't apologize. It's fine. :hug: Ture is a part of me who showed up lately. He's my self-confidence but he's also like a person for me. I can talk to hiim and he talks back and he encourages me or holds me.

Me too. In fact, that's how it used to be. But my confidence in even that eroded, 'right to existence' became painful.
3. Ture sounds like comforting & strong. :tup: I don't have alters, but I'm not sure I'd 'like' any 'versions' of me that much. Have enough trouble with just 'me' . :eek: :roflmao: :hug: :hug: :hug: :hug:
 
1: short stature + shedding cat fur + pollen = resembling a jaundiced Cousin It
2: a baked potato does not equal french fries
3: there seems to be one Final Winter Storm brewing; poor daffodils!
4: exactly how many ways can shredded paper be used?
5: rampage socks with godzilla on them arrived today in the mail
 
3. How do I know if I'm normal or needy?

1.Sometimes when I am confused, I keep it out of the black and white zone or all or nothing zone. ^^^^^
2. I might reframe it such as," It is normal to have needs."
3. Then I might allow some compassion and offer," It is OK if I have a few needs today."
4. I found that I am less angry if some of my needs are met.
5. @watundah great post...helped me review my own need sets.:happy::hug:
