41. My medication is finally helping me begin to return to a normal life
42. I don't find myself as angry anymore
43. I am slowly becoming more independent and not as scared to be alone
44. I have been able to keep my tomato plants alive (I stink at gardening)
45. I have been able to lose weight despite the fact I'm on birth control and anti-depressants
46. I am able to give my cat a bath without coming out looking like I fought with a razor (and lost)
47. I'm 2 photos away from finishing a reference book I have been writing for the past several years
48. I rescue wild and domestic animals
49. My forum is quickly growing into a great big community
50. I like my tomboyish personality (although I will occasionally do my nails)

OK, I will warmly accept KP's first item for me. I appreciate that!

2) I try to live by the "other" cup analogy. That my cup is half full and not half empty. Attitude is so much of how you feel.

3) Having said #2, I can acknowledge that sometimes that doesn't work. Sometimes the first cup supersedes the second cup metaphor. Not that mine has the PTSD stress, but certainly "feces occurs" (S#!t Happens :eek:) and I get overloaded.

4) #3 brings me to the fact that I am human. I am a common man.

Keep coming to this thread and when i do i think erm erm erm i can't think of anything lol. I will sleep on it and returned with at least one thing tomorrow.
