1001 Ways To Appear Functional (even Though You're Not)

I wear hats all the time. Some people don't recognize me without one.
When I see someone on campus I know I just wave and keep walking as if I was in a hurry to not be late for the next class.
I also avoid smoking areas on campus because they seem to be magnets for people who feel the need to socialize with random strangers.
I keep moving boxes or laundry baskets ready. So when someone comes over rather spontaniously (as in "hey I'm coming over next week") I throw everything in there and it in my bedroom.

I cook a whole lot of something. Make my lunches ahead of time for each day of the coming week. Throw some in the freezer for weeks I can't cook.
I grab a lunch and eat the same thing every day.
At work it looks like I eat well and take care of myself when everyone else is grabbing quick take out or frozen whatever in the microwave.
Little do they know....;)
I do some of my most productive cooking when anxious.

I make sure my faucets are always gleaming and my door to my fridge is always clean. I have an air purifier running all day for my asthma which doubles as a dust removal system. I never have to dust. Also the toilet is always clean. Hopefully that all takes the focus of the 18 piles of crap I have lying on every surface of my condo!
