@SwordsMistress I'm 20 and at university too (although I had to do online classes this semester), but I can definitely relate to what you've gone through, so always here to talk!:)

Hi @SwordsMistress! I'm a university kid too!

I was super freaked out talking to my therapist because I lived in a small town and was afraid of her telling everyone in the town, but once you find a good therapist things get a lot easier. I still have issues telling my therapist some stuff but in general once you start and your therapist reacts in a way that makes you comfortable (mine just doesn't overly react because it was something I was frustrated with) it gets a lot better :)

However I've been in counselling for like 2? years so it is a process.

I am also a dancer!! What types of dance do you do? :)
