I brought this up in the chat 2 days ago, and it came up in another thread today (which is what reminded me to post this).
The basis behind the 5 love languages is that every person speaks a different language and if you and your partner are speaking a different language from one another you may not be fulfilling one another's needs and not even realizing it.
There are 5 love languages
http://www.5lovelanguages.com/
1) Words of Affirmation
2) Acts of Service
3) Receiving Gifts
4) Quality Time
5) Physical Touch
The problem is the test is not free to take *BUT* I just so happened to get back from a marriage seminar and copied the test into a PDF format and attached it to this thread so you can download it and print it and you and your partner can take the test for free.
The test is simple to take. There are 30 questions. Simply pick one of two choices for each question and circle the appropriate "X" that corresponds with your answer. When you have finished all 30 questions total up all the Xs in each column. The column with the most Xs is your love language. There is a legend at the bottom of the page to tell which column = which language.
I am sorry but question #17 got split between page 1 and 2 just know the first half of the question is on page 1 and the second half of the question is on page 2.
I hope this helps someone as much as it helped my wife and I; I look forward to the comments. Enjoy :)
