A Little Help If Possible, Please - Anger / Frustration / Anxiety

When my anger hit full force, everyone around me could leave my side, but it was me who wanted to leave me and obvious could not.
Anger is an emotion and needs to be used as well. To me because of what I went through, what you are going through is normal. You need to vent that anger, after anger you will get moments of shear satisfaction.
Try not to punish your self for being angry. I know its scary, but its the side of you that needs attention right now.
Hope it helps to know you are not alone.
