Mrs. T, I am so sorry to read about your H's attempts. I'm glad to see he has hope.

My Wally has a dual diagnosis of PTSD and schizophrenia/psychosis NOS (not otherwise specified)/schizo-effective disorder (the diagnosis depends on which doctor he talks to). It makes things difficult.

It does sound like it is almost definitely a psychotic break. The good things is that they can be temporary so lets hope as he gets help to stabilise this stuff improves too.

Mrs. T, just a questions - is your husband's ptsd combat related? Just wanted to check on a possible history of TBI (traumatic brain injury).
