The reason I don't have my kids in my life is because the family court associate judge I did not like the fact that I expose that their mother was abusing them which was confirmed by two separate agencies CPS and their own family court services interview the judge issued the family court services interview and she thought she was going to get something on me out of that from the kids and it was 6 pages long five pages were filled with abuse after abuse at their mother's hands despicable abuses and only one page out of that six pages said that the kids felt that they were safe with their dad they wanted to live with their dad they wanted to spend time with her dad and they did not want to live with her mother and her boyfriend the judge did not like those findings and she terminated all my parental rights that is what happened that is the very essence of what happened when I went before the district judge the main judge he confirmed her ruling and my motions went moot this has been a 100% civil rights violation at the at the family courts now as far as suing the family courts you're right that is hard to do because these judges on a lot of stuff have immunity in their decisions but I've just looked up took me 10 minutes to find multiple supreme Court case rulings to wear judges and family courts have been sued and people of one because of civil rights violations that they've committed and that is exactly what's happening my case but if I find no one to take this case then the only recourse I will have to take matters into my hands and make an example of them .

The fact that no one will pick up the case may be a huge hint that there is no case.

That reads like five pages detailing how the mother actually treats them (so the court has already a fairly good idea / that is something worth the mention), and one short note on being safe with you (a.k.a. talking about NOT being all that safe, as even the possibility of custody is very off the table, hence the very short notice.)

While we are at that, if these were quote, despicable abuses?
I would think the documentation ALONE of that would take lot MORE than five pages, only.
Date stamps of incidents and descriptions even of not that much happening... take goddamn ages in reports.

That’s not a cause of PTSD. As you’ve been repeatedly told, both here & out in the world by professionals, and could easily look up yourself in the DSM or ICD.

So I know you won’t read this probably, but I find it funny that you use the same phrasing my dad did when he accused my mom of being an unfit parent after it was revealed he’d been threatening us with murder for years. And more but I don’t see the point in listing.
