It's another one of these apps for mental health. I've been using it a fair bit recently.
It takes the form of sort of having a text convo with you.
Has sections to monitor symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety etc.
It tends to offer journaling, recording what factors play a part in how you're feeling breathing exercises, gratitude practise, setting intentions, stuff like that. Then it asks how you feel after trying out a few exercises. And often I feel a little better
It jeep's track of what factors tend to have you feel different emotions and I guess in time it might help me see some patterns. We'll see.
It's a bit clunky sometimes but I am finding it v good for the breathing exercises - often if I try n do em on my own my mind wins and I don't last more than a few seconds before my minds off catastrophising or some such.
But with this youper thing I can stick with deep breathing long enough for it to help.
Anyway, anyone else tried it?
