Hi! I am just curious how your appointment with your therapist went, and how you are feeling? I do hope you are feeling better! I wanted to chime in, and like the others, encourage you to listen to your body! If you need to sleep then sleep; if you need to cry, then cry. Trust me, I know it's hard, but if you give your feelings a voice, you will be validated and the anxiety may feel manageable in return!
