Before And After

That's fascinating! I've been staring at the photos for a while now. Some of them display a more drastic change than others. Some of them, like the first set at the top, didn't look happy to begin with, but they've gone from simply being unhappy to being troubled. The fourth man even looks angry to me. It's also interesting to note that in the 2nd-to-last set, the uneven placement of this man's eye is more prominent in the 3rd shot. The added wrinkles draw attention to it. The third photos in sets #4 and #5- their eyes appear more shadowed in the inner corners even though (at least in the 5th set) the head positions aren't that different.

On a completely different and irrelevant note: The 2nd frame for the 5th man is absolutely captivating. There's something about his eyes that makes me not want to look away.

Hmmm. That's interesting. I wonder...

I know there are a few photos taken when I was in uniform where the eyes look quite...strange. I wonder what they look like now?

I feel a project coming on!

Unfortunately I can't do facial recognition so I can't understand the photos, but I was interested to read this thread. So I appreciate your description, Orglethorpe! I'll have to imagine the meditation ones.

I have dark shadows at the inner corners of my eyes and to me they look like a sign saying "something very wrong". I'm now following a much healthier lifestyle - healthier eating, more relaxation, meditation etc and I'm hoping I'll look better for it. I have to admit that vanity is part of this, but it's also about wanting to manifest change. As I heal from PTSD and depression, I don't want to "wear" those things outwardly any more.
