Sufferer C-ptsd, Anxiety, Depression, Recovered Memory, Dissociation.

Hi all, just joined today. On a big journey like so many here. Had two acute psychiatric hospital stays in last 6 months, now diagnosed as above and started EMDR. I'm UK based, signed off work for the moment and trying to get to the bottom of all this.
