What are other things that can worsen anxiety?
Personally for myself - it's alcohol :shifty: I use to be such a jolly, sociable, fun drinker. Not so much now. It's okay when I am drunk and the body system is depressed. It's the next morning when I feel the rush of adrenaline, like it kick starts my system into gear, but not in a get up and go type of way, more like a get up and run and completely freak out type of way. Anxiety and panic attack galore, here we come!:laugh:
