I'm sorry for the extra stress of insurance companies. I was lucky in the fact that I had a good lawyer. He even ensured I received interim payments to help with out of pocket expenses. My case didn't go to court but it took just over 3 years to finilaile and the other party accepted blame straight up.

Same here. I had a great therapist. The support and information here on the forum has also been great and I have made some lovely new friends both in cyberspace and in the real world.
