Watching surviving death on Netflix.. near death experiences and all those (I was going to write crap) But I’m trying to use another word
 
my therapist was talking last week about trauma being stuck in the body. Said sometimes we need to scream or find a way to release that energy. He said not to do anything illegal but maybe think of something that scares me that brings excitement. To lean into the discomfort. Hard to explain. but not sure what I think

You mean embodied therapy and body work kind of a thing? Bottom-up Therapy is being discussed a lot, I find Pat Ogden helpful.. maybe you know her? Is there anyone whose kundalini teachings you are checking out?
 
Something that scares me‘ = overcoming avoidance, facing something that one avoids but in a positive exciting way to create a new outlook?
We were talking about a lot of my avoidant behaviors. He recognized that sharing some things and using the correct terminology was doing something that scares me

I‘m thinking about the scaring part Invisible Fire... I was also thinking when a person has a certain response to a certain situation then the aspect of responsibility is also something which comes into play.. I cannot say better.. sorry
 
I had therapy yesterday. He says that I am doing really well. He wanted me to only come to see him once a month, but I decided on once every three weeks. We are working on Core Beliefs. He said that my response to the material is the best he's ever seen!
 
My paralyzing depression has morphed into an intense anxiety that I feel in every muscle. It's a physical feeling...a strong discomfort. And my head feels like it's filled with cotton or wool.
