Hey there

Does anyone know how long one has before accepting the CICA compensation offer?

I’ve received the offer letter but want to talk to a solicitor before accepting. Just wondered how long I have before I accept?

I have no idea. But well done for getting an offer. Can you email and ask them?

Are you in the UK? There is a guide about how much can be paid per 'injury'. So you can reference that and see if what you have been offered tallys?

Out of interest, how long did you wait for the offer to come through? I'm waiting for a response to mine.
