I had to drop to just a couple of cups a day when I struggled with the insomnia. But now thats cured I am back on the coffee with a vengance :D

I took the test and only scored 92% :(

I'll try up my game a bit :wideeyed:

I even got given coffee for Christmas :smug:

I think I may just be addicted to coffee

I can't even take the test. None of the answers relate to me... You see.. I've never had a cup of coffee in my life (of any kind).

Mtn. Dew is my caffeine delivery system of choice. Usually 1-4 cans a day most of my adult life.

Lately I've been making my own soda at home with a Sodastream drink maker. I use their Mtn Dew clone which isn't nearly as good as the real thing, but it's cheaper, more conveinent. Their rootbeer and cranberry (flavor) drink is good.

My caffeine addiction is minimal to zero. I used to drink a lot of lattes during the day. When my ptsd became full-blown last year, i became addicted to sugar and caramel fast. Now,i try to stay away as much as possible. I know now how it affects me.

Used to drink a lot of coffee when I was working but switched to half caf after my trauma and now, I've switched us to decaf here at home.

My body totally hates caffeine now, it exacerbates my anxiety. Cheers to being "drug" free. :)

I am a addict today, I had three cups. I need the zing it provides to send me on my way:p
