Frankly speaking, sometimes I don't know what items should be posted where.

JMHO: One of the best parts of the forum is the freedom allowed us. We are not judged by anyone here. Some items may not be responded to with answers. Like KP's, she has no info but cares about you.

I read somewhere about understanding PTSD, one will gain more from hearing others challanges. I understand this. Therapists get their training from books, most have no personal experience. They are a necessary part of healing and getting the right diagnosis.

The healing and growth is a package deal. IMHO it requires mind, body, spiritual fine tuning. The only person that knows what works for you, is you. By reading others experience and actions one finds shortcuts. IMHO going to many places would be confusing. This is your right to do. Working in one place the info is easily accessible. It is safe here as everyone is working thru trauma and invalidation of some kind. They are here with the same goals for themselves. We just happen to benefit from others journey.

Outside of here is ego, inside are real life experience. I would not take myself to an auto mechanic, to heal my body. We have rules here which are in everyones best interest. What occured would not have been allowed here. Huge Hugs, Whitney

Hi Whitney.

Like KP's, she has no info but cares about you.

Last couple of days I have been feeling up and down. I have no words the care, support and love I receive here.

Just today, you told me I am having hard time understanding things. Yes, that's been always that way. So many teachers saw some talents in me and they began to bend me as they wanted. From childhood I have been struggling to feel freedom in this world. I can understand I wasn't given time freely and I ended up being most suppressed. Freedom is very important.

I respect and appreciate people's(on this community) opinion. They have done hard work, they have spent time in their life and they come here. Share away some wisdom freely. :)

I have fallen in shortcuts in many times and I had to pay its big price. I am aware very well, though sometimes I fall in that trap. :( Something with boundary problems?
