Confusing So With Abusive Ex

I think I can understand why your feeling this way. You started a new relationship, spending time together. Getting to know each other, feeling
safe,loved, excepted, not judged.
Having someone to talk to and share your days with. Then things change a bit. Your spending less time together
and you start to feel lonely.
The feeling of lonely, triggers how you felt with your ex. The voices in your head start to say , what they did before. More then likely, what the ex said or made you feel. You know the voices are lying to you.
I believe we wouldn't say the same things to others, so why would we say them to ourselves.
The good thing is, you can work through this by processing the old feelings. Talking to you T, and working through the feelings. Also
remembering, You did the best you could at the time, with what you had.
Sending support:)
