Reminds me of my son & his friends singing a song about rape that's caught on in their school, recently. It goes like this:

:singing:Let's sing a little song about rape.... Don't.

NO means NO. YES means YES. No equating that a cup of tea changes your life. It is about respecting NO, or YES. And having the right to change your YES to a NO.

College course in sociology study on top 10 US Ivy League college males. Survey was that women don't mean NO when they say NO. Some should have asked if they like turnips. You did not mean NO, here is one anyway. Not that I am worth less than a turnip or a cup of tea. Forced to have what you said NO to is the point.

Wake up nightly from my screaming no. Made no difference, except to my life, every moment.

That was a great little read, had me giggling. I agree with scout86, it's a great metaphor that can easily be understood, even by children. I'm going to borrow this metaphor...
