Since my PTSD symptoms kicked in really hard a few months ago, I feel angry all the time. Sometimes there can be a trigger, but even if there is one, it's usually something I'm blowing way out of proportion. Other times, I'm just angry and couldn't tell you why. I've tried a handful of different things, but I haven't met with my psychiatrist since the anger started (it takes a long time to get an appt. with her) to see if she thinks there is a physiological link or fix. Occasionally something will come along that makes me feel less angry, but that's rare.
I don't like going through life like this. It's not fair to me or to the people I interact with, even if they know why I am angry.
Has anyone found anything that helps diminish the anger? Thank you.
