In the past week, I've counted at least 5 different experiences I have had, all of which seemed out of this world. Based on my symptoms and experiences, my research has led me to believe it could be PTSD. The first time it happened, I performed a simple, slow motion of turning around and the next thing I knew I was so light-headed if I didn't sit down, I would faint (I also felt extremely dizzy). During this experience of suddenly becoming faint and dizzy, I had dream-like memories filling my head. The closest I could compare it to was a drawn out deja-vu. As if I had lived the memory before. Once the memory passed, I became extremely nasaeus. Most of the time I remained slightly in that deja-vu, dissociated state for up to an hour. There was a separate instance where the deja-vu like experience was so intense, I had an emotional outburst and sobbed uncontrobally for quite some time. There is nothing that I can tell that triggers these experiences, they are at random. At this time, I'm very worried about my health and am seeking any advice. Of course, I have planned to meet with a physician but in the meantime, could use some answers. Thank you in advance for any advice.
