It's snowing finally. Actual accumulations. The roads will be difficult for the evening drive then a warm up, and change to rain. It should be gone by morning. With a little luck.

I’m trying to feel sorry for the rain. Unwanted, miserable, filthy, painful freaking stuff. Or to think of times and places, with lips cracked and eyes sunken I’d have cheered for iguana spit, much less water falling from the sky.

I’m failing rather spectacularly. But I am trying.

Sunny but heavy looking grey clouds brewing on the horizon. Low chance of rain. It's too cool 26 C. Grab the woolly socks & jumpers! Cool southerly breeze. :)

There's a little snowbank in front of the driveway but, it's going to be 50 degrees F today so, life is good.

Hot and humid. At the Teacher's Union Meeting they talked about how we need to have a Extreme Weather Event Procedure. No shit!

I'm a little aghast... so last week we had bushfires, now we've got snow - in the same place.

In another we have extreme heat waves following record breaking floods and monsoonal rains that only stopped a week ago. Still wading through water and cleaning out mud from homes...

I'm freezing after months of heat waves - a Winter snap.

A huge 7 km high dust storm has rolled through out capital and can be seen by satellite image to be almost in New Zealand... Hey NZ give us back our ground lol...

And it's snowing in Hawaii ??

Seaplanes hurtling themselves into the mist and rain. There must be a break in the storm systems.

It was sunny and beautiful yesterday and the same is expected tomorrow (today later). It was a bit cold, as it is still winter, but it was so delightful to enjoy the brightness of the day! It was a great day for photographing things.
