lol @blackemerald1, We rarely see the sun in the winter here. It usually doesn't come out until it's setting because it's finally is below the clouds. My brother visited through the holidays and when he was leaving he asked me "have you realized the sun didn't come out once since I've been here"? Ha! It ended up being 48F today though. Supposed to be warm-ish all weekend.

Well after yesterdays hot as hell weather.. today was just lovely. 27 C - showers this morning and a few clouds lingering around but nothing big. The sun is out and the birds are chirping... :)

It’s a bit breezy out.

Nothing expected much over 50 knots though. It’s not really much fun until you can jump and get blown back a few meters... course turning round the other way and really running like the wind? :sneaky: Good times. This is mostly just don’t get squashed by a tree weather.

Oh. And yes. Of course it’s raining.

Soo odd you should mention this... red gums around me are dropping limbs bc of the heat... so tree squashy weather here too...

50 knots is over 90 kmp/h - or over 57 miles p/h - I think that is fast enough...btw

Another beautiful 30 C day.. cooling off towards evening.. blue skies, colourful butterflies and no chance of rain for ever and ever.. I looked at the long range forecast.

The kind of heavy whisper shushing of snow blowing against glass that throws open curtains... but it melts before it hits the ground... just a wave hello from the glacier kind of rain.

A really bright blue sky today. 29 C with a hint of a warm breeze but just a beautiful day outside.

 

[Tornadic Thoughts]

Partial chem skies with frequent sun appearances (yay!) casting colorful chem-bows that brought about unusual wintry temps in the mid 60s. These circumstances prompted a slight touch of spring fever up in here. However, once the sun went down, we now have high wind warnings and a cold front moving in. Back to the usual brrrrrrr.
