It is 25 degrees tonight. Tuesday and Wednesday they are calling for windchills in the single digits. I am so not ready for that!!! BBbrrrr

37 degrees (F). We are finally having a Fall. I love it!

Still a strong wind blowing from the South keeping it cool outside.
About 20 C so not that bad really.
Clouds are clustering here and there and there is some rain in them but they are not inclined to grace us.
So going outside to water my garden and salvage what survived the storms.
The forecast is for severe storms again by Tuesday.... hmmm...

30 C. All week. No rain, just wind spreading around the bushfire smoke.

Just as well I decided to quit smoking. This is much healthier!!

We're supposed to get 3 to 5 inches of snow by morning. It should be starting right about now. Currently 10: 00 p.m. and 35F. Glad I work around the block.

I reckon bushfire smoke smells terrible @Sideways or maybe that's just my brain associating it with something really bad.

Today it popped up from 20 C to 30 C without asking permission to do so. Caught me quite by surprise. Along with a strong wind pushing everything around and over.

We have been on total fire ban for weeks already and still several weeks off Summer officially starting. Hmm and no rain at all...

Tomorrow the forecast is for a cooler day but I will believe it when it happens.

We have 29 degrees and light snow with 9 mph winds. looking for a low of 17 degrees. brrrrrr

So today we have one part of my country on fire and a state of emergency declared with the defence force, interstate and overseas equipment and personnel fighting to get control

and then in another part we have snow falling down to 500 metres,

and then,

We have gale force winds blowing either melting hot Northwesterlies or a frigid gale coming from the South.

Just about nothing better to do than watch and wonder right now... stay inside, listen to emergency alerts, very difficult to concentrate on anything else. I'm surrounded by towering gums and I'm wondering when this is all going to come my way.

Oh, but wait - still no rain! :cry:
