I'm on FB, too, waiting to hear from friends from there. Weather trauma is real!!

Whew, heard from the other town and they're okay. There was a barn and silo blown down in the rural outskirts of our town . . . hope to God there weren't any animals in the barn. Now there are still storms, but they're not heading our way, so I'm trying to relax now.

It is very cool today, not much of a sunny California summer if you ask me. I heard that we are going to have a El Nino this winter which means tons and tons of rain and storms and flooding. I realize we need the rain but i sure am dreading the cloudy days, oops I am horrablizing now. Better quit while I am here now. Just enjoy the summer we have now Giz.

It is so cold and there is an icy chill in the air and I have my sweater on and had to turn on my heater. I do not know if it is going to be cold all day or not. It still may warm up some. It was cool yesterday all day. I hate being ripped off of my summer!
