ED Disordered eating

I have slipped back into comfort eating these last few days. It's not going well. I am getting constipation from overeating.

I felt terribly anxious last night at the networking thing. I need to learn to sit with the feelings.
 
All I want to do it eat.

It would be so easy to put all the weight back on. I am just totally overwhelmed. It is overwhelming. I feel overwhelmed. I read a book today and that was a good break from my head.

I am struggling. I am waking up with terrible constipation. It is very painful.
 
Still at goal weight so that is good! Week 3 at Goal weight. I am up by five kilos but still at the top of my BMI so all okay. Need some better skills, but will get there.
 
I am really struggling with this a lot again. Yesterday was a pretty tough day in terms of managing eating. I basically didn't.
 
I am getting there. Now around 75kg and still losing. I am following the 8 week blood sugar diet style, as put forward by Dr Micheal Mosley and his wife Dr Clare Bailey, with nutritionalist Dr Sarah Schenker in their recipe book. So many delicious low cal, low carb recipes! I find them very satisfying and it's becoming easier and easier to eat fewer calories.
I started on this path because I developed pre-diabetes and after a few stops and starts and ups and downs, I am finally keeping steady on it.
It's one of the things that is really keeping me moving forward on this recovery journey, at the moment.
My brain/head is feeling clearer and less congested, less dirty-cotton-wooly and less trapped-in-a-vice-y. I am a bit less constantly tired and overwhelmed too.
