ED Disordered eating

I don’t like how much I’ve been eating lately because I like when my body feels and is small. I am sliding back into classifying days as good or bad depending on how much I eat.

I know that I am still, objectively, on the smaller side. However, I do *not* see this when I look in the mirror, nor does my body feel that way. The hatred I feel for my body has been large recently.
