Hi Everyone, its been a while, but my latest update is a positive one.....
Of his own voilition, my partner has decided to stop going altogether, and see if he can never go back again, as he doesn't want to go any more, and he is desperately missing intimacy with me.
It's 3 weeks now, and the frustration is starting to show......his fuse in considerably shorter, but we are working through it together. As a joint manouver, I have started on the Cambridge Diet to try to improve my self image and hopefully boost my own sex drive somewhat.....I've lost 6 kilos in 3 weeks, so things are looking up.
I've also started back at work in aged care, and my current employer, managers and supervisor's adore me, so I'm feeling pretty good at the moment.
It's not always going to be clear sailing, but to all those out there who think that they will never work again, that nothing will ever improve......coming from a die hard sarcastic cynic, miracles do happen.
xx
