Now why they can't say that right away, and perhaps point you in the direction of a therapist which can deal with long term therapy. I don't know.

@Anrish No you are absolutely not mean or not right. You did the best thing for you, and that is to trust your inner truth. From what you have written, I find it amazing that you stuck with her for a year. No doubts, be proud of ending this. I see you are in Germany and there are plenty of good trauma therapists and leading trauma educators in Germany.
