the f*ckers are playing games this week.

so the day i start getting incapacity payments (full ones) i am sent to a civilian rehab program at centrelink with all these f*cking paki's arabs and bogans to be treated like some other scumbag that just doesnt want to work. pretty humiliating and ive been angry since then (yesterday)... apparently this dumb bitch i met for 30 minutes thinks if i am having 1 good day a week then i should be working it so they want to find me a job!!

just the thought of working for some c*nt at the moment is stressing me to the point i feel like all of this has been for nothing.

if i was pre 2004 i would be looked after with tpi and shit, now they just want to forget we even exist ... back to work = no money out of thier pockets.

Not worth getting too cut up about if you can help it (I know that's easy for me to say).
It's how the 'civil' service/government works, next time you're talking to your real support point out it's not exactly a step forward.

Anthony, did you have any luck with those guys I put you on to???

I have just spent that last couple of Tuesadays with an old Nam Fart as they call it. They have basically told me there are no real differences, just new legislation. I have to wait a bit because apparently Townsville is too regional. I have to do a Welfare course first in June, then the pensions course, but in the mean time, I can work with claims, just not sign off on them. Do you want me to get old Squizzy or Jim to look at your psych report and the letter written by DVA??

nah they didnt really help. the bloke near where i live i actually already knew and had spoken to him before. he was going to ask a few questions for me but i havent heard anything , if i want that sort of shit ill just deal with DVA!

not sure who Squizzy and Jim are but go for it, i appreciate any help i can get Jimmy!

Squizzy and Jim are the two old vets who basically know all there is to know about the VEA, SCRA, and MRCA.
They work out of the RSL and are where I go every Tuesday.

I will take a copy in and get them to look. They might have additional contacts.
