After a life time of freezing them out slowly one by one I am learning to let them back in the house again. There just like trains you cant make them come but you sure as hell cant stop them either. Todays guest is a lot of repressed anger I feel angry with all sorts of things I never knew I was angry about.
 
Do not despair learning how to feel is a process. I just did not suddenly have nuclear bomb go of and suddenly I was feeling again. its very much a habit which need to be learned slowly and not giving yourself more than you can handle and learning how to reconise what you do to push emotions down. Body work such a massage, yoga , qigong, taichi is helpful as a ,lot of emotions get stuck in a bodys and we need to be able to communicate with these parts of are bidy before we can release the emotion.
 
I like the way you labeled it as guest. This denotes to be respectful but these guests cannot stay long-term. Feel like if we look at it in a postive light then it becomes a more uplifting freeing type of feeling vs omg, l hate to go there and feel that too, again. I think once we stop blaming ourselves and embrace ourselves only then does the healing actually begin. The anger feelings to me represented the first huge tier of feelings to overcome. This anger overshouted everything else which led to depressed feelings. Once l got past the anger, then everything did become easier.
