Been presented with a myriad of difficult situations at my place of employment... and been struggling to a goodly degree with decision making and determining the "right/just/fair" course of things (my own personal filter). The write up in the newsletter was interesting... they actually remarked on my dedication but also my level 5 status and my ability to discern and act in difficult situations.

All 3 of my clients have been having significant issues/are experiencing a significant change. So my mental script/inner critic was telling me what an f' up I am for not being able to make decisions with confidence. I actually had been struggling the past couple months to the degree that I was thinking about leaving my agency entirely.

Any how... it's a success and it flies in the face of my inner critic/emotional landscape/indecisiveness and struggle personally... so hey, it's a success.
