I have managed to fight through the exhaustion and start exercising! I'm a couple weeks in to walking. I have been walking a few times a week and it is lifting my mood. I am committing to walk everyday for 20 minutes. I even joined an exercise group that you pay $20 to enter and everyone that has 30 workouts during the 6 week challenge gets entered to with the prize of $500. I just thought I'd post to encourage others to get out there, even if you are tired. It does help.
